We process orders within 24 to 48 hours (business days).

Deliveries are made via our partner carriers: Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Colissimo or UPS, depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2 to 5 business days
• Europe: 3 to 7 business days

A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped.

Shipping costs are indicated during the order.
In some cases, delivery may be free.
